Tactics' Contact Centre was designed to enhance our marketing support capabilities. We specialise in the support of consumer and trade promotions, telephone orders and product information lines.

Tactics can provide you with all of the following (usually same day): Direct dial line; 1800 "FreeCall"; 1300 Reduced Call; SMS & Premium SMS ; White Label Email Address.

Inbound - Your line. We provision an inbound line for your project - we do NOT share lines. We answer your calls with your greeting. Our IVR can be programmed to your specific requirements.

Outbound - Our staff are friendly and confident. They always leave the caller with a positive impression of you and your client.
